A Thyme for All Seasons has been creating menus for over 25 years and are extremely proud of our successes. We believe that food is not just about nourishing the body, but also the soul. That's why we put so much care and attention into every dish we create, using only the freshest and most wholesome ingredients.

Chef Michael is a graduate, with honors, from New York Restaurant School. He has had the privilege to work with such chefs as Anthony Bourdain, Wolfgang Puck, Nobu Matsuhisa, Anne Rosenzweig and Stan Novak (NJ Best of the Best-The Frog and the Peach) over the years. His years in Las Vegas has given him a lifetime of great experiences and wonderful memories.
Monica Siwiec is the Event Coordinator for A Thyme for All Seasons and Michael’s wife for over 30 years. She enjoys the attention to detail and is fortunate to plan exciting events regularly- And now she gets to do it for you.

Though we offer a wide variety of amazing food selections, we also provide an amazing wine selection. Ranging from a dry red to a sweet rosé, White Horse Winery provides us with an elegant selection. We are also BYOB.
